    We offer NATIONWIDE searches, and take the time to verify the information we receive by contacting that jurisdiction or making a trip to the court house.

    NOTE: We do not require any long term contracts or a minimum number of searches. If your needs are more extensive than the searches listed, we can accommodate your requirements thoroughly and professionally.  

    At the conclusion of the process,  you will be provided with a report detailing our findings and directing your attention to any specific areas where additional scrutiny may be needed.   Gold Shield will not give legal advise or services, but guarantee the procedures we use in the course of our investigations are in complete compliance with Federal and State laws.  We are aware that the applicant we screen may become our valued employee, therefore it is important that the screening process be respectful to all parties.

      There are so many laws that apply to Pre-employment screening.  How will I know them all?
